In 2011, EGAS prepared to serve millions of passengers by deploying 100 ergonomically designed wheelchairs in Taiwan at Taoyuan International Airport’s Terminal 2. We also took a new approach to services, empowering our EGAS team members to give travelers services that are warmer and friendly than ever.

EGAS uses a Baggage Handling System (BHS) and Baggage Reconciliation System (BRS) to automatically sort and quickly move checked baggage to the correct flight if it is outbound or the designated carousel if it is inbound.
